Requirements for applicants:
- Completion of secondary-school education
- Communication skills in Czech or English
Ideal technical environment for online instruction
- PC – processor – number of cores – preferably 4, frequency – more than 2GHz, OPERATING MEMORY RAM – minimum of 8GB, Windows
- Comfortable earphones/headset
- Internet – optical connection, preferably a minimum of 50 Mbit/s (real value for videoconference: Upload min. 10 Mbit/s); the best connection is always via cable
- A quiet, private room during instruction
Documents required for enrollment:
- A completed application (applications for 2023/24 Summer semester will be opened by December 1, 2023)
- A copy of your passport (the page with your photo and personal data)
- A receipt confirming payment of the non-returnable registration fee (1 000 CZK)
- document demonstrating completion of secondary-school education (notarized translation to Czech or English is required)*
- Complete the Czech language level placement test – in case you are a complete beginner, fill in the form here instead
* for applicants who are enrolling for the winter semester and who complete their secondary school in June of that year – this document can be submitted no later than on the commencement date of the winter semester (i.e. in September)
