How to apply

Requirements for applicants:

  • Completion of secondary-school education
  • Communication skills in Czech or English
  • There is not age restriction

Documents required for enrolment:

  • A signed and completed application form 2020/2021 or application form 2021/2022
  • A copy of your passport (the page with your photo and personal data)
  • document demonstrating completion of secondary-school education (notarized translation to Czech or English is required)*
  • A receipt confirming payment of the non-returnable registration fee (4000 CZK)**

* for applicants who are enrolling for the winter semester and who complete their secondary school in June of that year – this document can be submitted no later than on the commencement date of the winter semester (i.e. in September)
**The registration fee is valid always just for one academic year (September – June).

  • Sent by registered post (free of charge) or express courier service (applicant orders and pays for service)
  • Pick up by another person under a power of attorney (link: Power of attorney)

CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES

If a student decides to cancel their application no later than 21 days before the beginning of the course, the course fee will be fully reimbursed if it has already been paid.

The course fee will not be reimbursed in the following cases:

  • If the applicant cancels their application less than 21 days before the beginning of the course.
  • If the applicant does not start their studies on the day the instruction begins (and does not excuse themselves in advance).
  • If the studies are terminated during the course, either at the request of the student or if the programme administrator decides to expel the student from the programme

In case of cancellation of the course from the side of the organizer (FA CU), the tuition fee shall be refunded in full.
