The payment for the course must be done by the first day of the programme.

CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES

If a student decides to cancel their application no later than 21 days before the beginning of the course, the course fee will be fully reimbursed if it has already been paid.

The course fee will not be reimbursed in the following cases:

• If the applicant cancels their application less than 21 days before the beginning of the course.
• If the applicant does not start their studies on the day the instruction begins (and does not excuse themselves in advance).
• If the studies are terminated during the course, either at the request of the student or if the programme administrator decides to expel the student from the programme

In case of cancellation of the course from the side of the organizer (FA CU), the tuition fee shall be refunded in full.

In case your visa will not be processed by the program beginning, with regards to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are willing to allow you to start your studies online, under the condition the criteria of the minimal amount of participants in your language level (6) will be met.
